Welcome to EsenciaReal Botanica. By accessing or using our website, courses, catalog, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms govern your relationship with EsenciaReal Botanica regarding the use of our floral design education, workshops, and botanical resources.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EsenciaReal Botanica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. You may only create one account per person.

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include uploading harmful code, harassing other users, reproducing protected course materials without written consent, misrepresenting botanical expertise, or using our platform for commercial purposes not approved by EsenciaReal Botanica. We may remove any content that violates these rules and take appropriate legal action when necessary.

All purchases of catalog items, courses, and workshop enrollments are final once processed. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Subscriptions for ongoing floral education content may be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All sales of physical botanical kits are non-refundable after shipping.

All content on this site, including course materials, botanical photographs, curriculum, logos, and designs, is owned by EsenciaReal Botanica or our licensing partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Students receive a limited personal license to use course materials solely for personal floral education purposes.

EsenciaReal Botanica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We provide educational and retail services “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the previous twelve months. You acknowledge that botanical work involves inherent risks and we are not responsible for any personal or property damage.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately stop. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Certain obligations such as payment and intellectual property survive termination.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco.
